How long does an order take? Every NERV piece is made to order. Production plus delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days. You will get tracking as soon as it ships.
How do I choose my size? Check the Size guide page. The tee has an oversized, dropped-shoulder fit, so size down if you want it closer to the body.
Can I return or exchange an item? Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn. Because every piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns for the wrong size ordered, but we will always fix a misprint or damaged item.
How do I wash it? Machine wash cold, inside out. Do not iron on the print. Hang or tumble dry low.
