By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms.

Orders and prices. All prices are shown in euros and include the taxes shown at checkout. Every item is made to order. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a payment fails, and will refund you in full.

Payment. Payment is taken in full at checkout through the payment methods we offer.

Delivery. See our Shipping policy for production and delivery times, which are estimates and not guarantees.

Returns. See our Return and refund policy. Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for the wrong size ordered or change of mind.

Intellectual property. All designs, logos and text on this site belong to NERV. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Liability. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.
